Appreciating your efforts to serve us better. nAs a suggestion,you need to install a token system immediately from the entrance itself so that everyone can make sure that first come is served first itself from the file opening till the consultation of the doctor.Also in evening peak time please allocate minimum 2 staffs in the front office to open the files as well as to close the bills.
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at this center. My experience has been marked by blatant mismanagement, unethical practices, and disturbing instances of discrimination based on language specially with nurse of Pediatrics. The overall center and patient care at this clinic are shockingly poor. Appointments are not honored, wait times are excessive, and critical information is either delayed or entirely missing. This reflects a complete lack of coordination and respect for patients' time and well-being. I was appalled to witness clear preferential treatment given to certain patients based on their language and known ones. Such behavior is not only unethical but also unprofessional and discriminatory. Every patient, regardless of their background, deserves equal and respectful treatment. This kind of behavior is intolerable and highly illegal. nIt is shocking and disappointing that a medical facility, which is supposed to prioritize patient care and fairness, is plagued by such severe issues. Immediate action is needed to address these problems to ensure that no other patient has to endure the same mistreatment. I am proud to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities very shortly.
