  One of the trusted hospitals in Dubai with good customer service. Customer service employees used to be more happy but now I can't remember when i saw a smile on their faces. Most probably they are not satisfied with their salaries. One more thing that they used to have Arabic Coffee with dates in waiting area and it was of the best Arabic coffee that i tried. Unfortunately they dont serve it anymore

  Great hospital and great care system. Philip at reception third floor is especially helpful and welcoming, very professional and resourceful. Dr.Jamal from rheumatology is very knowledgeable and highly recommended. Been going to him for years and he's the only one out of 6 previous Dr's in various hospitals that ive visited who was able to correctly diagnose my case. Dr. Loiy at Ortho is highly skilled, takes his time at explaining things and making the patient feel very comfortable. He always goes above and beyond for all his patients. Dr Sukeena at the physiotherapy is phenomenal. Very welcoming, knowledgeable and makes sure the best care is always taken and fully informs the patient ahead of time of the expected treatment, and most importantly how to never go back to having the same issues again.

  This review is specifically to mention building 51 pediatrics floor 1. nWhen i asked where do i leave a complain or feedback they told me to write it down into suggestions box. nZero respect for patient time. My appointment was at 10:45 and i came in 7 mins late. Regardless if i was on time id be waiting. I arrived and linformed the receptionist 3 times the waiting room is empty. I even took a picture to attach. I had a baby crying and weening and waited for 1hr 15 mins. And when i spoke to the receptionist she said the dr attends two rooms at a time. I told her clearly you are not going by appointment as you keep saying one more two more left. I left as it was ridiculous and i told them if a dr has no respect for the patient time came driving all the way and waitied and yet isnt going by appointment then i have no respect the dr to attend my baby!! Each receptionist asks me which dr again? Very very disappointed with this as we came by word of mouth recommendation to see the dr. She did call me the dr to apologize and she said she has mentioned already to the receptionist not to let any parents wait for more than 30-45 mins. However if she is not following up its her responsibility aswell too. I left unattended very mad. Instead of taking one patient at a time the dr is taking two in separate room to attend not even giving the patient their own rightful time.
