The clinic is extremely unreliable and a scam.nnI was dealing with excessive hair loss and wanted to get PRP treatment done at this clinic. After a consultation with Dr. Sara it was recommended to get “DNA hair Botox treatment” done as it would solve my issue better than PRP. As a trusted doctor, i followed her recommendation and completed 3 sessions of the treatment. After the first two sessions, I was noticing bumps and irritation on my scalp and even more hair loss than before. I took that concern to the doctor who at the time claimed that this was normal and was trying to convince me that she’s noticed new hair growth and maybe I can’t see it because I have “light colored hair”... as if Im not the one feeling the hair loss and witnessed it getting worse and worse. Once again as a trusted doctor I took her word for it and thought maybe this is part of the process. By the third session I started noticing more bumps and bald spots, and that’s when I went to different dermatologists who told me to stop the treatment right away as it’s causing more damage than good to my scalp.nnI took this concern to the clinic who then responded that this is not their issue, maybe something else caused this to happen and that other clients have tried this treatment and never had a complaint. Which was impossible because I wasn’t doing any other treatment. The doctor didn’t even bother to contact me regarding this complaint, instead I was contacting the receptionist who also didn’t even bother replying to me.nnI definitely understand that different people have different reactions but my main concern is why did the doctor try to brush off my concern and claim that it is normal when it fact it really isn’t. Now my scalp and hair is worse than it was before visiting the clinic.nnIn conclusion, the clinic is unreliable and a scam.
