I wanted to share my first impression of the studio itself: it’s spacious, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. All necessary health-related precautions were taken. This was my first experience stretching with professionals, as I had previously been doing it on my own, which wasn’t as effective. The specialists are very knowledgeable and explained how the body reacts to stretching, as well as the expected soreness the following day. I noticed an improvement in my flexibility, and I feel much better overall.

When you walk in, the place feels warm and calming. The staff is polite and friendly, which helps you feel comfortable right away. The stretch therapist was very good and took care of my problem areas. After the session, I felt light and relaxed🧘🏻‍♀️, and I slept really well that night!🤤nnThe space is clean and cozy, with soft music that helps you relax. Dr Stretch is a must. As I age, I’ve noticed muscles becoming tighter. Whilst a massage is lovely it just doesn’t cut it in terms of a good stretch. Since going to Dr Stretch I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my hip and calf flexibility and general posture. The trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable in their field.
