I'm writing this as the sister of a patient who had a truly frightening experience at this clinic. My sister had an allergic reaction to a muscle relaxant that was given to her during her visit, something she had taken before without any issue, though never at this particular clinic. nRight after receiving the medication, she lost consciousness in front of the medical staff. My mom immediately begged the doctor and nurse to do something, but they didn't respond the way any trained medical professional should. They just stood there, watching, without taking any meaningful action. There was no sense of urgency, no attempt to help, and no acknowledgment of how serious the situation clearly was. nWe were left to find help ourselves. We rushed my sister to another medical facility, where she finally received the treatment she urgently needed. Thankfully, she pulled through, but those minutes spent waiting for help that never came were terrifying and could have ended very differently. nWhat we experienced was not just unprofessional, it was inhumane. The clinic failed in their most basic duty: to provide care. Please think twice before trusting this place with your or your loved one's health.
