Dr.Sanghanayak is one the coolest and open minded doctors you'll find. He's an amazing listener and his sense of humor will make you forget that you are at a clinic lol. So don't think twice, just go in and trust the process and your doctor ^_^

Very bad ability to solve conflicts by PRO. admitting mistakes is not bad if willing to solve.

He is a good listener, undertands people very well and a good human being. I would recommend Dr Sanghanayak !
He needs to learn how to hold his cultural biases back. He feels self-imposing and is not the best listener when you stress out and tell him a problem. He wants to fit it into his own notions and versions, and give a diagnosis. He needs to learn how to hear the patient's problem as-is and learn how to practice empathy and reduce ego. He has a strong aura of unpleasant arrogance and makes the patient feel invalidated.
