  I was referred to Dr Sandesh by a friend's brother who is a well-known laparoscopic surgeon in India. At the initial consultation itself, my family and I felt that we were in trusted and skilled hands. Thereafter, at every step of the way, Dr Sandesh has not only been very professional and committed in his approach but has been extremely compassionate. We were beneficiaries of his kindness and care when he went out of his way to support our case at the hospital. He and his team are very good at following up with the patients, ensuring their every question is answered and their doubts are cleared. Another quality that struck me about Dr Sandesh is his clear communication with his patients and the family, which ensures confidence in the patient.   Dr Sandesh is the best Dr i have ever seen. I chose him to do my operation which was complicated for me, but he made me feel like everything going to be okay. After the operation, I did not feel any complications. Now I'm pregnant and i didn't complain any issue. He made sure I understood everything that he informed me of. The doctor was awesome, he was very kind and is very understanding of situations/conditions. You can tell that he wants tonhelp you as much as he can. I had a great experience with him. I advise everyone who had a complaint, they can visit the doctor without hesitation. Thank you for everything.

  Dr Sandesh Kade is truly in a league apart as an expert in the field of endometriosis. This was apparent to me from my first consultation with him and paid off in my successful surgery for extensive Stage 4 endometriosis. Endometriosis is a poorly understood field and only select few doctors have the expertise to conduct excision surgery with low recurrence rate; it also needs a multidisciplinary lens - after a lot of research on doctors and types of surgeries available, it was clear that Dr Sandesh had the skills, credentials and confidence to conduct this complex surgery with success. I learned about him from other doctors and patient who had immense respect for his caliber as a surgeon. Due to his expertise, Dr Sandesh naturally has a very busy schedule but despite this he ensures that his patient never feels rushed during consultations. In fact he took the time to walk me through the details of my case, outlook, and answer all my worries/concerns/fears with patience. nI chose to trust Dr Sandesh with performing my surgery and I couldn't be happier that I did. He was able to save organs that other doctors had previously told me were not viable. He had just the right balance of being robust/aggressive as well as conservative in his approach to my treatment. This was important to me as other doctors made me feel unheard or that they were being very aggressive with their treatment plan, sometimes pushing for hormonal injections, rushing my surgery, or pushing for decisions on family planning. As a patient, you often trust medical professionals and take their lead as you feel that they know best (often because you're worried and are looking for answers). With Dr Sandesh, I felt trust because he gave me the facts and recommended a treatment plan without making me fearful, and being mindful of not unnecessarily pushing medications that could have adverse side effects. I am indebted to Dr Sandesh for giving me a chance at a healthy and normal lifestyle, family life, and for his understanding. nI also want to give a shout out to his coordinating team (Ms Remya) and nursing staff who are caring, responsive, and hands on. Dr Sandesh and his team have helped me navigate this journey with expertise and kindness - which is something that every woman deserves.
