I was referred to Dr Sam at Mercato Clinic by my orthopedic surgeon, I was having stiffness in lower back ,legs, neck etc. I used to get tired even after a small walk, post doing work out at gym my body used to be stiff. From Debilitating Pain to Relief: My Journey to Recovery with Dr. SamnnI had been dealing with intermittent upper back pain for a while--nothing too serious and usually manageable with strong painkillers. But recently, the pain returned with a vengeance. This time, it radiated from my neck down to my left arm, and for a terrifying moment, I genuinely feared I was having a heart attack. My neck became completely immobile, and the pain was absolutely debilitating. nAt first, I assumed it was just muscle strain. My shoulder muscles felt stiff, so I visited a masseur, hoping for relief. Unfortunately, the massage only worsened the condition, intensifying the pain to an unbearable level. Sleeping became nearly impossible. I couldn't lay flat, and my neck had to stay perfectly straight--any minor movement triggered excruciating pain. nDesperate for answers, I turned to an orthopedic doctor.
