The clinic is beautiful and cozy, and the assistant dentists are good, but the receptionists are very moody and act like they're doing you a favor. I saw dr Rashad for tooth pain and he convinced me I needed a root canal in a tooth that didn't hurt. he decided to do it in 2 visits instead of 3, I got a bad infection which he blamed on my period, then he broke the crown as he was trying to install it, then asked me to come for a new crown in a week. The new crown feels very strange and unnatural, and the pain didn't disappear. I later came to find that the pain was caused by teeth grinding and gum problems, and that the tooth he u201ctreatedu201d wasn't the issue.
