I had an excellent experience at Dr. Rami Hamed Center. Dr. Hamed performed my knee endoscopy surgery with great skill, and the physiotherapy team provided exceptional care during my recovery. The staff were professional and supportive throughout. Highly recommend!

1- Poor Payment SystemnThere is no clear system for handling payments. During my surgery the price kept changing and I was charged multiple times unexpectedly. Even after paying the full amount, staff repeatedly came to my room demanding more payments, which is highly unprofessional. Any additional costs should be communicated at the end of the process, not during or after surgery. One staff member, Bindu, was particularly disrespectful, sending me repeated WhatsApp messages about bills. This unprofessional behavior made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable. Due to this disorganized payment process, I will not be returning to the center.n2- Unprofessional Reception StaffnThe receptionist, BINDU was highly unprofessional. After my surgery when I was in pain and unable to focus a staff member entered my room to collect payment without considering my condition. They seemed more concerned about money than my health. It is completely inappropriate for staff to enter a patient’s room to discuss payments, especially when the patient is recovering from surgery. I was charged AED 12,000 without clear explanation and I had no focus at the time to understand what I was paying for. This behavior was unreasonable and disrespectful.n3- Inexperienced Nursing StaffnWhile the nurses were polite, they lacked the necessary experience. They struggled to insert a proper cannula, causing me unnecessary pain by trying multiple times. They also spoke loudly, without considering the patient’s need for peace and rest.n4- Lack of Post Surgery Care GuidancenI received antibiotics for 6-7 days at the center, but the staff did not suggest arranging home care to avoid frequent visits to the center. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, especially when traffic was involved. I later arranged for home care with a different company, which improved my recovery process significantly. The center should prioritize patient health by offering home care services when necessary.nn5- Dr. Rami’s WorknFirst of all thanks to Dr. Rami and all the doctors. While Dr. Rami’s work seems fine so far, I will wait to see the final results before making a full judgment.

I had a great experience visiting Dr Rami Centre in Dubai coming from England. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was given the best service and treatment. The staff and Doctors were very professional and looked after me very well. The receptionists were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Bindu especially was very helpful in facilitating all my procedures and surgery in only 2 days notice. She was fantastic.nnThe nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable in what they were doing and the Boss Dr Rami and his team of great specialist Doctor's are the utmost professionals.nnThe hospital was immensely clean, modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs the best medical treatment to come to Dr Rami Hamed in Dubai.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Alla Naziha, who performed our 2.5-year-old son's circumcision surgery.
