While I think Dr Msaddi is a strong clinician and is patient centered I have serious concerns on the way staff are managed. As a healthcare provider it is expected to provide a culture and atmosphere of trust and mutual respect so that all staff can provide their best towards patients.nnUnfortunately there have been issues related to not paying staff for work done and then choosing to ignore their requests for an update or follow up. This is not only disrespectful but also dishonest and this requires urgent improvement.nnI do hope Dr Msaddi is able to better resolve this as the senior leader of the organization and hope to provide more positive feedback to Neuro Spinal Hospital in the future.
