  We first met Dr Prabodhan Potdar when my husband experienced ankle pain related to an old sports injury. Even during our first consultation with him, it was evident that Dr Potdar was well experienced in his field and knew the right treatment and medication to address the issue swiftly. nMore recently, my husband went to see Dr Potdar for another matter that required him to do an MRI Scan. Unfortunately, our health insurance provider, was less than cooperative and raised multiple queries before providing approval for the required test. During this time, Dr Potdar had patiently and diligently responded to each and every query, and actively followed up on our behalf to ensure that the approval came through. He was more than willing to do his part to ensure my husband got the care required to put him in the path of recovery. We appreciate his professionalism and expertise. nWe highly recommend Dr Potdar to anyone looking for an excellent Orthopaedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist who genuinely cares about his patient's well-being.

  I've visited Dr/Prabodhan regarding my knee problem as I'm a runner and that pain came while I was running for long distances, I was looking for a doctor who is a specialist for sports injuries and I've seen the file of the doctor and then I've went for a visit , the doctor has listened to me very well and then recommended for me to stop work out and do MRI to see exactly what I got and after that doctor has explained to me what I've and then recommended for me to do some exercise for healing and physiotherapy.   I have visited Dr. Prabodhan Pravin regarding my lower back pain that I have been experiences for years. He assured us that it was more due to posture and not an injury and to solidify that diagnosis he took the necessary radiological and blood test and proved it; further assuring us as we were quiet worried. He is an excellent specialist who explained and relieved my symptoms promptly and followed up my condition in a few days.   To the management of Burjeel Hospital Al Reem, Abu Dhabi BranchnnThis letter serves to congratulate and thank Dr Prabodhan Potdar, an orthopedic surgeon and specialist who treated me at Burjeel Al Reem. nDuring the month of March 2018 I had a third degree sprain on my ankle while walking on uneven gravel surface. This debilitated me for months and during my attempts to heal I visited Dr Prabodhan Potdar at Al Reem. This also meant that I had to miss days off school as a teacher and this exacerbated my condition as I felt quite anxious and handicapped as someone who normally leads an active life. nHowever, with the expertise, care and empathy shown by this excellent specialist, it is now a year on and I'm healed. Dr Potdar ensured that my leg was in a cast initially and then a walking boot and finally recommended that I have sessions of physiotherapy. Although my healing was gradual it was only because of the sound directives I had when visiting Dr Potdar. His reassurance and kind manner is in itself a credit to his profession. nWhile I do believe that medical knowledge is essential to heal patients, I am also of the thought that it is more than a mere medical degree that makes a doctor worth praising.   Professional and friendly. I've been consulting Dr Potdar for knee trouble from Sept 2021. Dr. Potdar was efficient in initiating necessary tests and quickly identified meniscus tear and the onset of osteoarthritis. He has been very helpful in explaining the condition and the action needed going forward. I am grateful for his guidance and look forward to continuing consultations with him till full recovery. Highly recommended
