My family lives in Oman and my son required specialized care for transnasal adenoidectomy and septoplasty to resolve breathing issues. We couldn’t find a doctor in Oman who could do it, so we started researching ENT’s in Dubai. We reached out to several Dubai clinics and found them very impersonal - no one was returning emails or phone calls to answer our specific questions. Then, we heard directly from Dr Peter by email. He took the time to review our son’s situation, answer our questions in detail, and explained how he could help. He offered to meet with us by phone and took the time to explain the procedures in detail and answered ALL of our many questions with patience and kindness. In the month leading up to our son’s procedure, Dr Peter continued to answer questions and helped us get the exact paperwork needed by our insurance company. Once we arrived in Dubai we were impressed by Al Zahra hospital - both the pristine facilities and all the staff who met us and helped us. My son (and his parents) felt immediately at ease. Dr. Peter did not only help treat my son’s sleep apnea, tongue tie and swollen adenoids issue, he also helped me with my blocked ear and tough microscopic wax removal.nnLike all parents, my husband and I had been very skeptic and anxious about a surgery and we delayed our 5 year old son’s adenoid surgery for almost a year.
