  Almost a year ago, Dr. Peter performed a procedure on our son to remove his adenoids, and we've seen a remarkable improvement ever since. Our son can now breathe comfortably through his nose instead of his mouth, and his hearing has also improved significantly -- he had some difficulty before, but has now regained his full hearing. Overall, his quality of life has improved greatly. nDr. Peter was always extremely kind and professional. He explained everything to us very clearly and patiently, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. He was also incredibly warm and gentle with our son, both before and after the surgery. nWe are very grateful and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Peter to any family in need of a caring and skilled ENT specialist.

  I'm 43 years old and traveled all the way from Canada to have an intracapsular tonsillectomy with Dr. Baptista. I was very nervous about the potential pain and risk of bleeding after surgery--but wow, what an amazing experience! Immediately after the procedure, I was able to eat a big plate of pasta with literally zero pain. It was completely painless until day 6, and even then, the discomfort was only because I got lazy about taking my pain medication on time. nAside from that, I was extremely happy with everything. Now, a few weeks later, I feel so much better. It's unfortunate that doctors in Canada don't offer this pain-free approach. I truly wish I had known about it years ago. nI'm now three weeks post-op, completely pain-free, breathing better, and feeling amazing. If you're considering this surgery, don't wait another day--it will change your life with minimal pain. Honestly, my regular winter sore throats were way worse than the mild morning discomfort I had after surgery. nThank you, Dr. Peter, for your sincere care and incredible expertise.   I haven't even met Dr. Baptista yet -- my appointment is next week -- but after reading all the glowing reviews, I'm genuinely excited and full of hope. nInterestingly, I discovered Dr. Baptista through ChatGPT (Artificial Intelligence). After comparing top ENT surgeons across the UAE based on expertise, experience, and patient reviews, it ranked him as my #1 choice for revision sinus surgery. The detailed comparison made a strong impression on me. nI've struggled with chronic sinus issues and asthma since childhood. I've already undergone two surgeries. The first was with Dr. Adrian Zalman, who did a fairly good job and addressed most of the problem -- but unfortunately, he left one sinus cavity untreated. To his credit, he admitted it openly. nThat neglected cavity still drains pus and produces an extremely foul-smelling mucus from time to time. The smell is so bad that I believe my brain has started to shut down part of my sense of smell just to cope with it. This leads to repeated infections, chronic inflammation, worsened asthma, coughing, and shortness of breath -- a nightmare for someone like me, a lifelong athlete. nI long to smell something as simple and beautiful as a fresh strawberry again -- not just a vague hint, but the full scent. My sense of smell is there, but inconsistent and limited, depending on the level of inflammation (or whatever the real root cause is -- hopefully Dr. Baptista will figure it out). nThe second surgery was performed by Dr. Marc Muller, who was fully aware of this remaining issue. Unfortunately, the outcome was disappointing -- no real improvement, and more complications than the first surgery. It happened just before COVID, so I didn't even get a proper follow-up. nFrom everything I've read, Dr. Baptista is a true expert -- especially in complex revision cases like mine. nI'll update this review after my consultation, but for now, I'm optimistic. If this issue can finally be resolved, it would significantly improve my quality of life and Dr. Baptista will be my personal Hero :-)

  Dr Baptista was recommend from outside of Dubai as the top ENT Surgeon in the region and I was grateful he did my operation. As a life time performance athlete the surgery was game changing. It was simple, painless (no nose packing) and a very swift recovery. Wish I had done it 30 years earlier!
