I had a full left hip replacement done by Dr Paul Macnamara 2 weeks ago. I'm thrilled with how well I am recovering from the procedure. I'm walking without any aids and my original aches and pains down my leg went as soon as I had the op done. Dr Paul is clearly an excellent doctor. His bedside manner is exemplary. He has answered any questions or concerns I have had straight away. I highly recommend him.

Dr Paul is a fantastic surgeon who did my ACL reconstruction surgery. I felt really comfortable every step of the way leading up to the surgery and felt really informed. The surgery was at Clemenceau hospital and was super smooth. Paul had me bending and straightening my knee on the day of the surgery which I felt really boosted my overall confidence. I am now 3 months post op feeling good and strong! Highly recommend Paul for knee surgery! I also know a few other people who have been to him who were also incredibly happy with the outcome.

I've been a patient of Dr Paul's for over 5 years. My knee problem began in 1981 when I was 17 and a piece of femur broke off and lodged in my kneecap. The bone was pinned in place but I needed other surgeries to remove the pins later. Osteoarthritis set in and I began having pain and discomfort. My previous Dr wanted to do TKR but Dr Paul disagreed and prescribed PHYSIO. My physiotherapist was also amazing and recommended I see a PT to strengthen the weak leg muscles. I know leg press 180 kg. And skied in NZ age 59. I'm very grateful to Dr Paul for his continued care and support.
A Total Hip Arthroplasty in Dubai with Dr Paul Macnamara exceeded my expectations . Following consultations in UAE , UK and Singapore I was fortunate to find Dr Paul . As I am based in the UAE I wanted to have surgery in the country itself . Dr Paul gave me confidence to go ahead and assembled an amazing team at Clemenceau Clinic Dubai . 2 hours after arrival at the hospital I undergo a seamless surgery where I was sedated but conscious and with an epidural . The benefit of this approach is that I was taking my first steps 2 hours after a 1.5 surgery rather than taking a longer time to recover from full anaesthesia . I left hospital after 2 nights and actually felt strong enough to return home after 1 night . Dr Paul is highly skilful surgeon , extremely professional , attentive and obviously takes great pride in the outcome of his work . He's also an absolute gentlemen and explained everything throughout the process into recovery . Wherever you are in the world I would highly recommend Dr Paul without any hesitation and the team at CMC and facilities are also 5 star . I'm now recovering well. Thanks Dr Paul . You are a rockstar surgeon at the very top of your game and an absolute gentleman.
