One of the worst experiences i ever had... i asked for a refund because they informed me the items are not available.. they promised to refund within less that 7 days... now 15 days and i am calling them every day almost...the representative are not cooperating not helpful at all... And till now the refund didn't happen.. if you order something from them and you requested to refund your money its better not to... just let it go and move on.

Avoid ordering from their website!nMany items shown as u201cavailableu201d are actually out of stock, but the site doesn't reflect that. They take your payment without informing you that they can't fulfill the order. No one contacts you, and customer service is absolutely terrible--unresponsive and unprofessional. After multiple emails and phone calls, my order was simply cancelled after 4 days, and I still haven't received a refund. Don't waste your time or money with themnnp.s.: 8th day - no order, no refund. Seems they are scammers
