  Amazing service with no pain. Alhamdulilah and I recommended my friend too. They have lovely staff as well Ms. Jannet as a nurse, she calmed me well before providing service and Ms. Deena provided me fast service from the clinic too..The clinic is beautiful in looks as well❤️ doctor is amazing❤️

  I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The information about prices is misleading, and the overall approach feels rushed and impersonal. The doctor spent less than two minutes with me, only to recommend treatments costing over 15,000 AED without clearly explaining what was necessary or the minimum treatment required. Afterward, a staff member aggressively discussed pricing and insisted on full payment upfront before starting any treatment. nThe wait times are unacceptable, often exceeding two hours, showing a lack of respect for patients' time. The doctor performs procedures in a rushed and uncomfortable manner, such as administering injections fast and leaving the room without providing proper explanations or reviewing the results with the patient, not even looking at the mirror to show results. nThe clinic feels chaotic, with clients in the corridors complaining about delays and lack of attention. It seems their priority is overbooking clients for profit rather than providing quality care. Even when you call for an appointment, they will tell you to come at any time, which results in overcrowding and a complete disregard for scheduling. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic due to the poor service, lack of transparency, and unprofessional atmosphere.

  I did so many treatments in this clinic which costs me about 8000 aed for 20% result from what was promised to me botox , filler ; pigmentation treatment, hifu , the results are not good not at all , it's all about money , no money no repect , every time i go there i will wait at least 2 hours , today the dr posted on the watsup status that she will give free skin booster for her clients of 2024 , i booked and i was expecting delay 2 hours as usual but the dr sent me her assistant to tell me that i need to buy a facial before she give me the skin booster , i didn't agree i saud you told me by phone that this is free and unconditional, they say ok the dr will come , and after waiting 4 hours, the doctor send me her assistant to tell me that she won't be able to give me the treatment and to reschedule, she didn't even have the curtesy to show up for 1 minute to apologise; shame

  Great results I had with Dr Nasma Salah, my face has improved completely from only one session. I highly recommend you visit the clinic and I'm sure you won't regret it. The team is really helpful and professional.. I wish you all the best and can't wait for my next visit.

  I went twice to the clinic the first time I waited for more than 3 hours although I have taken the first appointment. I did botox and calcium injections on my face. After 10 days I sent to the clinic that I don't see any results for botox while usually I do not need to do a retouch for it. They told me you have an appointment so you can come and dr will do the retouch again I went and told the doctor that I don't see any change. Retouch for botox was done and told the doctor i am travelling and cabt come again for a while. After that again I don't see any results I messaged the clinic more than 5 times and they didn't care although I paid AED6000+ in my first visit. I requested a refund for the botox as I need to do ut again in less than 2 months but they just ignored me. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. The pictures they put there on instagram I doubt they are real.
