They keep me wait at least one hour whenever I go even if I have an appointment , and they are so rude especially the Egyptian women on the counter she keep pulling files from my hand without asking me MORE THAN ONCE . And when I asked them about the complain paper they were rude and saying that it's not a beauty salon that don't need a complain paper - in a very very rude way - I hate dealing with them . DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL . They never tell you about your appointments, very unorganized, even though you book any appointment you end up waiting for hours. At times their machines gets apparently too hot to be worked on and you have to wait for hours for it cool down. nI really don't recommend this clinic at all, the doctor is never present in the clinic. And the end result is not worth all the money that you spent, its like no difference at all.
