I have recently been fortunate enough to experience firsthand this amazing human! Everything written in these reviews is completely accurate, if not understated. Dr. Mai is professional, skilled, empathetic, compassionate, patient and a great listener. From the second I stepped into the clinic, I felt as if I was taken extra special care of. I was listened to. I was relaxed. I knew I was in good hands. My concerns were addressed without feeling rushed or “sold to”. After deciding together what would work best for me, I could not be happier with the results. She delivered exactly what had been discussed. The follow up from the surgeries has been incredible. She has been available through every step of the recovery process. I want to thank Dr. Mai personally for helping a worn out, wrinkly, old mother feel (and look) like a million bucks! 😊
