My mom broke her shoulder falling down, the ambulance took us to Clemenceau Hospital in Dubai. From the ER to the very professional and talented Dr. Kassem El Houcheimi we had an excellent medical care, the hospital is nice and clean, rooms are pleasent and very comfy. I also strongly recommend Dr. El Houcheimi for any orthopedic issues, specially the upper body. Dr. Kassem is one of the best doctors we've met. He saved his leg on an emergency with a perfectly mastered surgery of an external fixator. No complications, and minimal pain. Perfect results after just 2 weeks. We are expecting a great and full recovery thanks to him. Fully recommend him.

I went to d doctor last monday i had v bad leg pain. He advised xray when i came back he just saw half d xray i had to remind him to see the knee xray as well, he was in too much hurry, he alreadye prescribed medicines before d xrays, i was wounding why he is even asking me to do s xray then? Just a formality. He advice physiotherapy, n told me that the department will call me. He advised me to come next monday for follow up. Now today when i called the nurse told me its not a follow up it will be new visit n have to pay again? And i actually called for physiotherapy twice n finally when they called me now nurse told me that doctor has not requested at all for any physiotherapy. Really bad experience if u do hv time for patients then do not take so many at one time. Horrible experience.
