Dr Balsam is one of the most talented soft handed dentist I ever experienced. She did cleaning to my teeth without a single pain. Other doctors used to let my mouth bleed a lot. I really recommend here. Thank you Dr Balsam

I met with Dr. Balsam, she is patient, fixed a filling that was causing discomfort. She asked lots of questions that led to better treatment. She offered a solution for grinding my teeth and encouraged me to come back if I had any problems with the mouth guard. I highly recommend her.

They sold me a package and repeatedly canceled/ moved my appointments. When I got pregnant, I requested a refund, but they denied it. If they hadn't canceled so many times, I would have completed the recommended treatment on time without any problems. Very unprofessional.
