I later attempted to undergo the procedure under general anesthesia elsewhere, but my insurance declined coverage. So, I came back and booked a dual appointment for next Monday u2014 one with the treating doctor and one with the gas sedation doctor u2014 and this was clearly confirmed via WhatsApp.nnToday, I woke up with a severely swollen face and couldnu2019t bear the pain. I reached out to the clinic urgently and was told I could come in at 12:30 PM. I asked again about the gas sedation doctor and was told he would be available.nnHowever, when I arrived, the doctor was indeed in the clinic, but was already seeing another patient u2014 and no one informed me of that detail beforehand. I had left work and came in urgent pain, expecting the appointment to be ready as discussed. There was no proper communication, no clear explanation, and no apology.nnThis level of disorganization and lack of transparency is simply unacceptable, especially in a medical setting where patient wellbeing u2014 both physical and emotional u2014 should be the top priority.nnI truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their coordination, communication, and patient consideration. What happened today has unfortunately shaken my trust in the clinic.";.

I did my invisalign treatment at Dr Joy Dental Clinic at Mirdif Branch. I had very smooth experience. Dr Gaithaa Mkahal is the best! She was very friendly thorougout my treatment journey and she always put me at ease by explaining the process each time I saw her. All other staff such as Ms. Sneha and other nurses and people at the reception were also very easily approachable and helpful. I would recommend this clinic and Dr. Gaithaa to anyone looking for a smooth journey for invisalign treatment. This is definitely one of the best dental clinics in the UAE!
