  I was receiving treatment with Dr. Ajay. After all the dental treatments and cleanings, I made an appointment for another cleaning after 6 months. The operator called me and scheduled an appointment for both me and my friend on July 1, with mine set for 16:15. On the day of the appointment, no one called me to confirm, so I sent a message to the clinic to verify. I arrived at the location on time but had trouble finding a place to park my car. I informed the clinic of the situation via message, but no one responded. Eventually, after 23 minutes, I made it to the clinic. nUpon arrival, the operator greeted me in an unfriendly manner. To my surprise, my appointment had been canceled without any warning because I was late by 23 minutes. Despite this, I noticed another patient was with the doctor. My friend, however, still had his appointment and the doctor was waiting for him. nThis is the first time I feel this disappointed and frustrated with the service. The lack of communication and understanding was disheartening. I had informed the clinic about my delay due to parking issues, yet there was no empathy or flexibility shown. Moreover, the operator's unfriendly demeanor added to my frustration. It was clear that my appointment had been canceled without any consideration or warning, despite my efforts to communicate. Meanwhile, my friend's appointment was honored, and the doctor was waiting for him. This inconsistency in treatment was baffling. nOverall, this experience has left me questioning the clinic's commitment to patient care and satisfaction. It's unfortunate that after being a loyal patient and following their procedures, I was met with such disregard and poor customer service. I come from far away, and it takes me 40 minutes to reach the clinic for treatment. I hope you understand and ensure this does not happen to other patients. From my side, I'll not come back again. I hope the clinic addresses these issues to prevent similar experiences in the future.

  Very professional and seamless service. Great advise and special thanks to Dr. Irshad, real pain less tooth removal surgery and post surgery also I didn't have much issues. A elaborate advise from him on post surgery precautions. An absolutely go to place for any dental issues.

  Dr Ajay who is a specialist implantologist and cosmetic dentist is exceptional. I and my husband did teeth whitening with him and the results are astounding. Not only are the gums more healthy but there was zero sensitivity. My father got 2 dental implants placed by him and the crowns over them which look natural. Before the dental implants my father had issues chewing and now he can bite or chew into whatever he wishes too. My entire family is getting treatments from dr ajay since a few years now and i would never change my dentist because i have found the best dentist in town.The entire team is brilliant at dr joy , booking appointments was hassle free and waiting times are almost zero. Dr Ajay is available also on weekends which helped us as we work in the weekdays. I would highly recommend him for all dental treatments and specially for dental implants. 10/10 for him.

  Was my first visit at dr joys dso, and I was extremely impressed. Everyone was so polite, professional and extremely attentive. The clinic is spotlessly clean with a lovely smell when you walk in. My dentist Dr Sarah was wonderful. Explained everything very clearly and answered every question of mine. Was a wonderfulnExperience, and will definitely be staying with this clinic for all future needs.

  Had the pleasure to experience some procedures done in Dr. Joy DSO lately. nHad a general check up and cleaning with Dr. Ajay Pala on 27.01. He was kind and patient when he explained to me about the wisdom teeth I have and the possible procedure I should take. He was not the surgeon to do it but nevertheless, he was great and gentle with the cleaning. Really patient even though I kept raising my hand when I felt like spitting or something else. He advised me to mentally prepare for wisdom tooth removal. nAfter 2 weeks, today I finally had my wisdom tooth extraction. Was dreading this day andnI'm greatly relieved it was done by Dr. Irshad Chaudhary. I expected the worst but none of my fears were even realized at all while the procedure was being done. From walking to the room until I got out and finished the extraction, Dr. Irshad put me at ease. Such a patient, kind, wise, confident and understanding doctor. He explained each and every step he was about to do/was doing. He listened to me and answered my questions even though I felt some were u201cridiculousu201d questions. He even gave his mobile number and sent me the after care steps (he also explained to me those steps) and told me to message him if ever I have some concern. Huge thank you to Dr. Irshad that at least I won't be feeling recurring pain anymore due to the wisdom tooth. nThe dental assistants of Dr. Irshad and Dr. Ajay were nice and professionals as well. Thank you for making my experience smooth and comfortable. nReception staff were friendly and nice the minute you come in. Really prompt in asking if I need to schedule another procedure. nClinic is so clean and smells fresh and sanitary. There's a separate male and female waiting area. nI'm not fearful anymore to have my next wisdom tooth extraction (if ever). nThe clinic is highly recommended especially if you will have wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Irshad.
