I have visited this hospital multiple times for various health emergencies, and each time I’ve received excellent care. The entire staff is very helpful and polite, which truly makes a difference. I would especially like to mention Aswathy Chechi, who has always been kind and supportive during my visits. All the nurses are equally caring and attentive, and Dr. Abhirami is exceptional in her approach professional, patient, and reassuring. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping staff, who maintain cleanliness and are always respectful and courteous. Overall, this hospital has a wonderful team that provides compassionate and efficient care.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Misbee. She treated me with such kindness and genuine care throughout my visits. Her compassionate approach and attentive nature made a big difference in my recovery. It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only skilled but also truly caring. I had a really great experience at the clinic for both physiotherapy and orthopedic care. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic itself was spotless — very clean, well-organized, and clearly maintained to a high standard, which added to the overall comfort and confidence I felt during my visits. Dipa Shetty the physiotherapist was knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the treatment, making sure I was comfortable and understood the process.nnThe orthopedic doctor was equally impressive — thorough in his examination, patient in answering all my questions, and clear with the diagnosis and next steps. I felt well taken care of and confident in their expertise.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at this clinic over the past five years. The doctors here are not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient. I would especially like to mention Dr. Gandhi Murugan, who always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly, and ensures I feel comfortable throughout the process. I have had the worst clinic experience in Karama with Dr. Josephs Polyclinic.nnToken time: 11:40 AMnWaited till: 1:45 PM.nDoctor, comes out of cabin and says i am going for Lunch, if anyone also wants to go and come, then please go. I will come back after 1 hour.nnI cancelled my appointment and had to refund the charges.nnThey do not follow the token system or appointment times, even if you have taken a prior appointment. They are unable to check insurance detials on the insurance company portals because someone misplaced the passwords, and they had to call the insurance company to check eligibility. I had to call the insurance company myself and hand over the phone to the clinic reception to get it clarified.nnTheir high rating on goolge is from people who have only reviewed 1 pace, so it misleading. It is very surprising for a healthcare provider to function in such an UNORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL manner.
