I had a wonderful experience at Adam & Eve Medical Center. The clinic is very clean, professional, and the staff are extremely welcoming. I had my PRP session with Dr. Hadeel, and she was very knowledgeable, gentle, and explained every step clearly which made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was smooth and well organized. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality aesthetic treatments.

I am writing this because I am honestly very frustrated and DISAPPOINTED with my experience. I originally went in for a carbon laser offer I saw in an ad, but as soon as I got there, I was met by a "manager" or "specialist" at the reception who immediately started checking my skin right there in the lobby. She didn't even take me to a doctor's office! She told me the carbon laser would be a "placebo" and pushed me to buy a 4-session Dermapen package for 2400 AED. I told her it felt like a waste of money and was too expensive, but she ASSURED ME MULTIPLE TIMES that this was the only solution for my nose. Since I don't know much about these treatments, I trusted her and paid 1260 AED upfront. The most suspicious part was that the treatment plan was made by a manager and not the doctor? When Dr. Latifa finally came to the reception, she just agreed with the manager. Then, after I paid, the doctor told me my skin was too sensitive for the Dermapen anyway???? WHY WASN'T A PROPER TEST DONE BEFORE TAKING MY MONEY???? After weeks of no results, the doctor finally told me to just use Differin and Acretin creams. These creams cost 30 AED, so why did they make me pay over 1200 AED for a package that didn't work?? THERE IS CLEAR MISCOMMUNICATION between the manager and the doctor. It felt like they were just cross-selling and up-selling me the whole time. Also note, that this was over the span of 3 Months! thats how long it got dragged because they kept rescheduling my appointment because i had "sensitive skin" and needed more time to heal from that one session i had. I eventually lost all interest and stopped going because it was a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. It is not about the money, it is about the fact that they don't seem to know what they are talking about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone coming here!

I’m new to Adam & Eve and this is my third visit now. The facility is very clean, professional, and affordable. Access to doctors is quick, and the waiting area is comfortable. Dr. Suffanah has been very kind, professional, and thorough with the diagnosis. Overall, it’s a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

I did today Hijama and it was excellent experience with Dr Fatima. The center have parking's and easy to reach. The center is so clean place and and staff is professional. Good price 👍 Sure I will come next month
