Service quality is good but its too slow. It takes minimum 45-60 minutes waiting until you see the doctor, despite having an appointment !

Worst service ever,nI don't recommend . nappointment was 2:15 but the dr came to see us at 3:29 ,nnwhen you ask and try get help the staff they don't carenThe Staff are like your boss instead of understanding and try to help you, specially they guy in reception,nnthey don't understand if you have urgent things for example I had flight and I was really in hurry but they where too chill and careless about my situation
Traveled from Kuwait for an eye surgery for my father and had an excellent experience. The hospital has top quality surgeons that are well known in the region. Everything was smooth, from consultation to recovery. Highly recommend for quality eye care in Bahrain.
