I came with broken tooth , DrFiras did extraction and implant. It was completely without pain . Reception is friendly and assistants are helpful. THANK YOU drFiras and Staff. I really had a nice experience.

Extremely inconsistent- depending on who you're seeing. Asked for one doctor today, got scheduled with another one, and was surprised to see a completely different one when I arrived. (As long as they collect Thiqa billing, they'll do whatever it takes!). What's even more disturbing: 2 docs from the same centre recommending two different plans.

I recently had a dental procedure done at Dr. Firas Dental and Orthodontic Center, and I was extremely impressed with the level of care and service I received from Dr. Mahmoud Jouma and his team. It is evident they prioritize patients' wellbeing and satisfaction above all else. I highly recommend Dr. Mahmoud!
I removed my wisdom tooth, it was a great experience.. however, when I came back to remove my stitches, I took an appointment and made sure the doctor does not have any patients.. I waited more than 40 minutes and in the end of the day another doctor removed my stitches.. Respecting the patient's time would be appreciated..
