A big thank for the doctor Faisal, thankfully my health issue was not life threatening or anything dramatic but regardless he handled it with professionalism and patience towards my multiple questions including showing me videos of the actual surgery. On that regard I can only recommend to follow his advice for the utilisation of robotic. The whole experience has become totally painless and recovery was immediate. I can't understand why my insurance is refusing to pay for that service under the pretext that it is experimental. My view is that this is just a poor excuse with the view to reduce their reimbursement charges. Still, I do not regret that additional expense that `I highly recommend because the discomfort and the risks are so dramatically reduced that in my opinion it will soon turn into a standard. Thank you Doctor Faisal as well as to his robot!
