Booked an appointment two months ago and waited .. suddenly one day before my appointment they sent a message to cancel it due to insurance issue .. when I called them to remind them about the fact that I am a cash patient.. they gave another justification for canceling by saying doctor Deena has traveled outside the country.. this was huge waste of time and disrespect to the patient.
