His calm and reassuring approach eliminated my worries and fears, even in such a critical moment. nHe took the time to clearly explain the procedure, the risks, and the possible outcomes, all while being upfront and honest. Despite the urgency, he made me feel informed and confident in his care. The surgery was a complete success!
