This is an advanced system and not like consulting a simple dietitian. Every aspect is evaluated. I have been consulting dietitians since years and got same diet charts with not much results. Now at last I am seeing results and feeling fit and healthy too.
I was almost 120kgs with high blood pressure and prediabetes. After 2months I am feeling much better , lighter and healthier. My blood pressure is lower and my sugar is normal. I will recommend this weight loss service to everybody who wants to change his life.
It is surprising that no one in the reviews mentioned that only after paying the package fees, you will be told that an essential part of the weight loss program is to use Saxenda or Metformin! It will be helpful if this is mentioned before payment is done! Also, there was no specific meal plan, just general instructions on what to eat which is not helpful and not worth the 2000+ dirhams package.
