It was my first time doing a soft light session, and just one week later, the hair came back black!nnThe machine wasn't working properly, yet they claimed it was u201cnew.u201dnThere was zero hygiene -- no mask, no face cleaning before the session, and no cream applied afterward. Basic standards were completely ignored. nEven after I informed them about what happened, I was totally ignored -- no apology, no follow-up, no care at all. People deserve to know how this clinic truly treats its clients. nThere are many clinics that are cleaner, more organized, and much more precise with their work. I will never come back.
