We had a fantastic experience with Nightingale. The booking process was smooth and easy. I booked for our nanny to do the infant and child first aid course. She had a great experience and said she learned so much and felt very happy and confident to ask questions and engage in the course. My husband and I also did the course and were very pleased to have the same instructor as our nanny, Joanne Newborn, who is a highly qualified paramedic. She did our training in our home. The course was well structured, she had all her digital material on hand which had no technical glitches or issues. We also used all of her practical equipment for hands-on CPR training. The dolls and equipment were all well maintained and clean. The course content answered many questions and concerns and Joanne had a lot of additional insight and knowledge to share. I highly recommend this course to any new parents and their Nannie’s and any parents who wish to be more informed about child and infant safety.
