It was a great experience in finding the expected eye glasses wear in Doctor M opticals at alwahda mall, and luckily I got to know Ms. Khulood who was a great factor in finding this eye glass I was targeting for. She is very cute and friendly assisting in finding options as per your taste. nKindly find photos of the glass which was very nice wear. nI would like to recommend you to have a look and visit them the soonest. They have variety of medical glasses and sunglasses in wonderful styles. nThanks for this great experience.

Customer service should always be professional and respectful. Unfortunately, my recent experience at Doctor M Opticals, Al Wahda branch was quite the opposite. After informing the staff that I would consider another model, I received a call from an employee (AHMEDwho was extremely rude and even told me not to visit the store again. nThis is not the way to treat customers. Everyone has the right to explore their options before making a purchase.
