I visited here, it's an amazing and I was so excited. Talented engineers, well organised teams, was a wonderful experience with them.
WORST customer experience of my life. nI called Doctor Cycle Shop in advance and confirmed they had the replacement part I needed for my e-scooter. Based on their word, I paid for a taxi and hauled my heavy scooter all the way to their shop under the blazing sun -- only to be told, u201cOh, we don't have it.u201dnnThat's not even the worst part. Instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to get mad at me because I had previously attempted the repair myself -- which, by the way, I did correctly, and I'm no amateur. Apparently, fixing your own scooter is offensive here? Maybe they realized I actually knew what I was doing and couldn't be ripped off. nThey refused to lend me any tools, even after I offered to pay just to use them, and brushed me off by redirecting me to another shop across a main road, forcing me to drag a wheel-less scooter through traffic and heat like some punishment for not paying them first. nDoctor Cycle Shop? More like Doctor Waste My Time and Money. And the disrespect continued -- their public reply refers to me as u201cthis guyu201d (which should give you an idea on how you will be treated), and claims I brought a defective part. False. The part fit perfectly. The only minor issue was the brass sleeves needing a small adjustment -- which I could've handled if they had allowed me basic tool access. nUpdate: The owner claimed the part u201ccannot fiting,u201d completely ignoring the fact that I called beforehand, gave exact details, and was told it would work. Instead of owning up, they deflected, lied, and refused to help out of pride. Then, to top it off, he messages me privately on WhatsApp asking me to remove the review, then flip-flops and says u201cleave it if you want.u201d That alone tells you everything about how this place operates. I was being fully respectful while I was being disrespected both in person and on WhatsApp. nThis isn't a cycle shop -- it's an ego pit where customer service goes to die. nAvoid this place unless you enjoy being lied to, disrespected, and treated like an inconvenience. nDoctor Cycle, if you want to keep your trash shop alive, try respecting the customers you depend on. If you've got pride, so do I -- the difference is, mine's backed by truth.
