Doctify is a great platform, being able to get reviews in a seamless manner but also to be able to understand the patients journey is invaluable. There are many different review collection plaforms but Doctify is far the best, I do a lot of invasive surgeries where people do not what to leave their name anywhere but with doctify the patient can leave feedback whilst being anonymous. Many of my colleagues at Prime hospital also love doctify and how easy it is to send the patient a review. They also have a brilliant team especially Ben, he not only gives feedback on how to improve you doctify account but he has also given me advice on how to improve my social media, website and other online activities. Extremely professional & its great that they have another layer to their business where they can advise on different marketing activities. Thank you Ben & Doctify team!

The ability to leave anonymous reviews is a big plus, especially in the mental health field, as privacy of the patients is very important. Additionally, having a relationship manager, Ben to assist me through each step made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring.
