I visited Physiotherapist Mahmoud for shoulder and neck pain, and I'm truly grateful for his help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the sessions. His treatment made a big difference, and I noticed great improvement in both pain relief and movement. nI highly recommend Mahmoud for anyone looking for expert and caring physiotherapy.
Very grateful for DISC and Claudette. I came in with an aching shoulder neck pain that was limiting my mobility and it had been a chronic issue for years. In my time at DISC I got not only relief from the pain but my tissues physically went from hard to soft in my previous pain areas which was incredibly motivating. With the targeted exercises Claudette has given me to do and lifestyle changes to address the root cause I am now experiencing a lot more freedom in movement which has really shifted my experience in my daily life and it has allowed me to access more flexibility and freedom of movement in my dancing. This combination of release and strengthening and addressing the root cause is exactly what I needed on my journey to recovery. So thank you so much DISC and Claudette. I also had a brief encounter with Jihad and he seemed incredibly knowledgeable and was very helpful in his advice. The space is also wonderful and inviting.
