When I arrived at the medical services for the physical fitness examination, the reception from the customer service staff was excellent. They explained the examination route in an excellent and quick manner, so that crowding was reduced and days allocated for examination and days for appointments and reviews were provided. There is a big difference from previous years. Breakfast was also provided for the patients. The interaction between the individuals and the officers was cooperative and paid attention to all the details and resolved them for the reviewers. Thank you for your efforts and we hope to continue such efficiency.
