I was there yesterday for checkup . The beautiful madam at the reception was just awesome and lovely. I come without appointment she registered me regardless! The Dr who take the blood test was also amazing and kind. But my problem is the philippino lady who did my chest X-RAY she was just so rude and annoying . Honestly till now I don’t know why she was so disrespectful and difficult with me like that. She spoiled the lovely experience I got there … regardless Faster service ever

Excellent service and team!! Very caring ladies at the welcome and registration desk if scared of needles and blood test! Never had better medical experience! Very thankful for the amazing treatment and kindness whilst the testing.

Very bad service, after suffering to find a parking and walking around 1.8 KM to reach this small DHA fitness test office, met with reception stuff she was treating me very bad, not smiling at all, not talking nicely I don't know what is the reason!? she asked for my appointment time although it is not required as per Amer center advice and also I was the only one there!!! then she told me that this office is dedicated for DIFC employees only!! After several begging to accept my application she told me that they don't have X-Ray here and I need to go to Karama office!!! After reaching Karama DHA office they were very kind, smilling, very fast service, more professional stuff they told me that X-Ray is not required as I am changing status only and my visa still valid!!!! Please hire more professional stuff and inform them about the requirements carefully in DIFC office!!!
