Could be an individual incident but here it is. The braces doctor is super nice and helpful really i’d book with him again, however, the customer experience with the receptionist was awful which ruined the experience. The arguing and the stubbornness was too much. I just wanted clarification and don’t mind being wrong about something and i’ll even apologize but the way everything was explained was too insensitive and inconsiderate. I was treated like I’m stupid. When other patients came around she’d raise her tone and not let me speak. She said to someone “explain to the patient we don’t want problems” like i’m a troublemaker and came in for a fight. All i wanted was clarification..nI come from a customer experience background and i know this wasn’t ok especially talking about the patient badly in front of them.nnJust defensive attitude in general and very insensitive.nAppreciate the positive reviews tho.

Loved my service at Delma. Zeina was great at helping me book and get everything organized (even though I arrived late), they were super flexible in getting me the service. My technician June was also great at her job. I am at my 3rd session, I will definitely come back.
