De Novu Clinic is the place if you want to not just loose weight but learn how to eat healthy and make it a life style. What you will get here is not a diet but a life style, learning how to make the right choices and yet still enjoy what you are eating. I have tried many other places and being above 50 years old, I struggled with my weight for the last 4 years and none of the other places I have been helped me to go back to my healthy weight. I was skeptical in the beginning but as I started to follow the eating plan and combine it with the massage, the weight started to fall and my confidence started to increase again. It is a commitment and if you are ready to take that step and make a difference and change your life, this is absolutely the right place. The Health Coach Julie is the best. With her approach to her every patent as per their needs, she makes a difference. People working in the clinic are all extremely professional and nice and easy going people. I had a session with Julie Johnson. She was so amazing in her work. She cultivated all hidden or sleeping memories that is related to why I am being me right now. And I realize many things. It was a deep conversation without judgment, she was like a mirror of me while having this conversation. In the end of the session i feel like im grounded again. I feel so much better and with clarity! My energy was so calm and its feels like I know myself better than before. All i can say is that you need to do a session with her now! Its a one in a lifetime experience!
