Hi Dear,nI made an appointment on the 9th of October at 8:00 AM and arrived around 07:35 AM. The day before they called and told me I should be their on time. I was waiting until 08:15 and nobody show up, I went downstairs and double checked with the main receptionist, she was trying to call the colleague and she was not reachable. She asked for my Emirati ID and went upstairs, even the another colleague was awkward and didn't know that the appointment has been given at 8:00 AM. Later on the receptionist from the laser department show up and didn't realize that I was waiting there for the appointment and asking for my Emirati ID, without greeting me, saying that she was late or she was sorry about it. Unfortunately, it was not professional how the system is working - It is not common that this type of things are happening, the clinic - especially Laser Department is not recommendable!nThey are not generous friendly and smiling. nLater on I took my ID and left the building. Seriously unprofessional.

From the welcoming reception staff to the friendly laboratory technicians, the entire experience was exceptional. Even their online customer service is top-notch.
