Very professional and friendly! I tried the oxygen therapy, was very impressed with the therapy and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Aya was friendly, professional and help detail the benefits of the different treatments that help boost health and recovery. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I recently visited CRYO the hospitality left much to be desired. I had to either buy or rent a suite to wear during the session, and I opted to purchase one. Unfortunately, they failed to inform me that there were two color options available. I was given a navy blue suite, but later discovered that they also had another color, which I would have preferred. This lack of communication was disappointing.nnAdditionally, the overall customer service felt rushed. I wasn’t offered a drink, nor did anyone ask if I needed one which would have been a nice gesture, considering the nature of the treatment. The staff seemed to be in a hurry, and the experience felt a bit impersonal.nnHowever, I had a great experience in the cold room, where the temperature reached an impressive -110 degrees. The session was effective, and I genuinely enjoyed the physical benefits of the treatment.nnWhile I enjoyed the therapy itself, the lack of attention to detail in the hospitality department could use improvement. A little more care and communication would have made the visit much better.

I have been coming to cryo since 2019 and I must say you can’t get bored of it! I love how every treatments have a benefit - I do full body cryo most of the time as it helps me with the training but I do recommend the compression and oxygen therapy and their cryo facials too!nnThank you for always taking care of me💗 and special thank you for my therapist today Bohisa who assisted me through all therapies with her kindness! one of the best Rehabilitation and recovery i ever had , they do have a lot of services like massage and red light therapy .. don’t forget to mention The Coldest Place On Earth 👍👍
