I recently visited CRYO the hospitality left much to be desired. I had to either buy or rent a suite to wear during the session, and I opted to purchase one. Unfortunately, they failed to inform me that there were two color options available. I was given a navy blue suite, but later discovered that they also had another color, which I would have preferred. This lack of communication was disappointing. nAdditionally, the overall customer service felt rushed. I wasn't offered a drink, nor did anyone ask if I needed one which would have been a nice gesture, considering the nature of the treatment. The staff seemed to be in a hurry, and the experience felt a bit impersonal. nHowever, I had a great experience in the cold room, where the temperature reached an impressive -110 degrees. The session was effective, and I genuinely enjoyed the physical benefits of the treatment. nWhile I enjoyed the therapy itself, the lack of attention to detail in the hospitality department could use improvement. A little more care and communication would have made the visit much better.

Very professional and friendly! I tried the oxygen therapy, was very impressed with the therapy and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Aya was friendly, professional and help detail the benefits of the different treatments that help boost health and recovery. Overall a very pleasant experience.
