I had a bad experience with one of the masseuses where she used cold oil for rubbing without actually giving proper massage. In addition, she also seemed to be tired and was yawning every few minutes. nAnd when I complained, the solution was to only change the masseuse without giving me back the time lost with the first masseuse which put the second masseuse in a very bad position where she had to rush everything. (the second masseuse was actually good)nnIt is really unfortunate that the spa doesn't really care about the experience of their regular customer.
