To Whom It May Concern,nnI am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unacceptable behavior I experienced from Dr. Shahana Shereen during my recent visit to your clinic. nI visited the clinic due to severe discomfort caused by difficulty in breathing and a sore throat, which had persisted since the previous night and significantly affected my ability to sleep. Despite my reluctance to visit a clinic, I felt it was necessary due to the worsening of my condition. nUpon being introduced to Dr. Shahana Shereen and explaining my symptoms, I was met with rudeness and a lack of empathy. She seemed to have difficulty hearing me and asked me to raise my voice, which was extremely painful given the state of my throat. After a physical examination, she diagnosed me with tonsillitis. nFollowing the consultation, I was instructed to wait outside for my medication. I realized I had forgotten to request a medical certificate and returned to ask for one. At that point, Dr. Shahana Shereen once again asked me to speak louder in a harsh tone. When I complied, she accused me of faking my illness, implying that I was lying about my condition. nThis kind of accusation is both insulting and unprofessional, especially coming from a healthcare provider. Patients seek medical attention expecting compassion, respect, and proper care. Being accused of dishonesty, especially while feeling unwell, is deeply distressing and unacceptable. nI trust that this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken to ensure that no other patient is subjected to such treatment in the future.

Overall experience was average I was charged. Later I came to know there no one available in the clinic referred to somewhere else. The lady Doctor was very nice and understanding. I would advise if you are serious do not visit here go to some big hospital.
I recently visited Dr. Shifa Saleem, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, and ensures you feel comfortable from start to finish. Her assistant, Donna, was also wonderful--very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Saleem and her team for anyone seeking a great dental experience!
