I had an extremely disappointing experience at the reception of ConfiDent Clinic in Palm Jumeirah. The receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly, which left me feeling very uncomfortable. As a result, I decided to leave the clinic without proceeding further. nI later booked an appointment with the same doctor, Dr. Olivier Carcuac, but at a different clinic (My Dental Clinic). Shockingly, instead of reaching out to understand why I left or addressing the issue, the doctor simply canceled my appointment. This reflects very poor customer care and an utter lack of professionalism. nIn hindsight, I'm actually relieved that the appointment was canceled. Later A friend of mine shared their unfortunate experience with the same clinic. This experience speaks volumes about both the clinic's poor customer service and the doctor's questionable expertise. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional, respectful, and reliable dental care.
One of the best clinique in town.. Been visiting them since 4 years now and never have i`ve left disappointed from there. Ana and Monique are extremely helpful, kind and always welcoming you with a smile. nAna is always a ray of sunshine, making sure you are welcomed with a great atmosphere, and also vigilant with the appointments and all the documentation needed. nMonique is so attentive and knowledgeable - had one of the best experience with her during my scaling and polishing session, super gentle, explaining everything, having patience and being so caring. nThank you Ladies for the outstanding service which you provide to ConfiDent Customers !
