Worst experience with Dr. Pankaj and his team they were just making money. Doctor behavior is as he is God. All staff are well trained not to speak anything. No importance for patients feeling. Without investigating start treatment and during treatment if patient want to say something r discuss something they don't listen. If something is not working on you they should change but they can't. No one gives you hope if you want to waste your money than go with these people.

No transparency, zero communication, terrible service, and unprofessional attitude. nThe most disappointing part was that they only explained my case after it failed in the final report--when we had already decided to switch to another IVF center. Instead of informing us upfront and addressing the issues (if they were even true), there was zero communication. nWe were only told about the 12 genetic test results after I waited for an hour for Dr. Pankaj, just to confirm that the only normal embryo--transferred from the American Hospital--had failed. nBut it gets worse: Four days before returning the embryo, their nurse called me, asking my husband to provide semen that we had already given them four weeks earlier! When I confronted Dr. Ghada, they casually said, The nurse didn't check the file.This is not a small mistake--it's sheer negligence!nnOn top of everything, they overcharged us compared to others--a fact they admitted when I asked for the package price via WhatsApp (using my husband's number).

Such a very good experience from my first time visit starting from the receptionist,they are very welcoming.Nurses are so sweet,doctors are very good especially Dr.Pankaj,he is so bubbly,he will talk to you straight to the point and he will give you a very simple explanation that make you more understand everything. Inshallah Conceive Clinic will help us to complete our family.
We had completed three full procedures as instructed with no results, seems like its cash collection point, even doctors could not said any reasons of three failure, feel as doctors are not taking care of necessary attention on patients who all are coming with full of hope/ confident on you to built their colorful life without any high recommendation or reference to the hospital. nSorry that your earlier comments unknowingly deleted/errased while typing/replying to you.
