I got burned from doing my lazer hair treatment at this clinic. I now have black spots on my arms from how hot the machine was, and this is despite me showing the worker that I was in pain. This place had very poor service already and now they're mishandling the lazer machine.

She ruined the look of results for even normal Tummy tuck . Poor service. I called to book an appointment and they said they'd call back but never did. It happened several times. Had to chase them. Then when I finally booked the appointment at 7:30pm, they called me few hours earlier to ask if I could come and start at 7pm instead so I did. I had to wait until 7:30pm anyway :) ... not to mention that they didn't know if I had a paid package with them already. Every single employee asked me if I had one or not, it's almost like they don't have a system.
I had an appointment at 12:00 pm which I booked days in advanced. When I reached the clinic at 11:55 am, the lady working there told me my appointment is booked at 12:30 pm. They change your appointment without notifying you. I waited 30 mins and after that I checked again with the receptionist and she keeps telling me the technician will be done shortly. It took 1 hour. Besides all of that, laser is expensive, they change their prices depending on their preference. Also really rude laser technician wouldn't even say hi or how are you. Never going back again and I advise not too at allllllll
