Visiting clinicare clinic every month for my routine health checkup, sharing experience after my 6th visit, visiting Dr Monisha , she is wonderful, so professional in her work, really friendly listening with carefully issues and giving her best in treatment for patients, gives her full attention and best treatment and the appointment was very insightful and happy with the outcome of the consultation. All the staff is very friendly.

Highly disappointed and not recommended... nRegretted to post my worst experience here about this clinic. nI visited last year for a dental treatment for my son and paid AED 4500/- as a full payment in advance at the beginning. The agreed duration of treatment was for 1 year as a package. nWe have taken 3 visits only after that we are not getting any further appointment and they are informing us there is no doctors available. After waiting a long time i asked them to refund of my cash after deducting my 3 visit charges but they are refused do the refund also. nNow no treatment, no refund of money. nShaju Francis.

I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the appalling service provided by Clinicare Group. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to demand immediate action to rectify this situation. nI had consulted Dr. Vipin for my child's dental treatment and he suggested that the dental treatment at Clinicare Sharjah facility can be at a significantly lower cost, with an additional discount if I pay the full amount upfront. nI paid the amount in full AED 3000/- to Clinicare Sharjah for my son's dental treatment. nDr. Vipin treated my son for about three months - 2 visits / sittings. However, upon returning from my vacation, we were shocked to discover that Dr. Vipin was no longer with Clinicare Group. Despite our numerous efforts to contact Clinicare Group for a resolution, we have been met with nothing but excuses and delays. No replacement has been provided, and no refund has been issued for the remaining treatment we rightfully deserve. nThis is completely unacceptable. I have contacted Nabeel (staff) who connected the call with the Clinicare Manager Amjad who kept telling me that the matter will be resolved soon and this conversation has been going on from last few months. I had dropped in few emails and haven't received a response yet. nWe trusted Clinicare with our son's health and our money, and you have utterly failed us. This situation is causing us immense stress and frustration. I need to carryon with the dental treatment and cannot wait further. nApparently this business - Clinicare Sharjah is owned by a well Known businessman from Kerala - Gokulam Gopalan who am sure is unaware of such unprofessional behaviors carried out by his staff. nI demand that Clinicare Group takes immediate action to resolve this issue. We require either the continuation of my son's treatment with a competent and qualified professional or a full refund of the money paid upfront. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave us with no choice but to lodge a formal complaint with the Ministry of Health.

I recently had an excellent experience at Clinic Care Medical Centre at Al Shahba (Sharjah)nnThe staff, including the front desk personnel, nurses, and doctors, were all extremely friendly and attentive. They made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain the treatment options thoroughly. nThe clinic's facilities were clean and well-maintained. My appointment was punctual, and I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room. The clinic seemed to have an efficient scheduling system, which I found very convenient. nI highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical services.
I went to Clinicare Medical center to do a teeth cleaning and I was having some pain in my teeth. The doc was excellent in her work, cleaning was done so nicely and she took and x-ray and checked for my pain and advised me how to take care of my pain. Overall the experience was great and I'm surely recommending this place to all
